Editor-in-chief: Board votes to liquidate Ekho Moskvy radio

MOSCOW, Mar 3 (PRIME) -- The majority of votes of the board of directors of Russia’s radio station Ekho Moskvy has decided to liquidate the channel and the website, the station’s Editor-in-Chief Alexei Venediktov said on Thursday on Telegram.

Venediktov also said that the communications service asked Google to delete the station’s application.

The communications service earlier limited access to resources of Ekho Moskvy and TV channel Dozhd, viewed by the country as a news media-foreign agent.
